House prices in Northern Ireland are due to increase again in 2017 with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors predicting house prices will increase by 3% in 2017.
However, the number of houses coming onto the market seems to be at a standstill. People may be waiting on the outcome of Brexit or see how the political situation turns out here before putting their house on the market.
